Sonoma County Supervisor Lynda Hopkins, who attended the meeting, will be the keynote speaker for this meeting. She will give a report on her recent trip to Scotland for the Climate Summit, called COP26, which was aimed at creating bold progress in the fight to prevent climate disasters. The meeting is open to all Oakmonters. Supervisor Susan Gorin will join in also presenting implications, challenges, and opportunities facing Sonoma County as we fight fires, floods, and other aspects of the climate crisis.
